Tom was 2 years old when Dottie opened the Growing and Learning Center. He has been involved ever since. Tom graduated from Edinboro University with a degree in Business. Tom bought the Growing and Learning Center from Chuck and Dottie in 2019. Tom wanted the Growing and Learning Center to remain a Lytle family business. Additionally, the center gave him the same opportunity as his mother, running a business while spending time with his children. When not working, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly and two kids Duke and Lucy. Tom also enjoys pretending he knows what he is doing while "working" around his property.
