Every child is welcome.
Enrollment at our Edinboro, PA childcare center is accepted on a rolling basis, as people's circumstances are constantly changing. It is our aim to be adaptable to our parents, their children, and our community to the best of our ability. School-year programs run from September through May, with a summer program available for children who have graduated Kindergarten. Care is available to children of all ages year-round.

Do you offer a discount for multiple children?
Yes, we offer discounts for multiple children enrolled in our programs.
When is payment due?
Payment is due on a weekly basis and will be invoiced on the first day of the week. If an alternative payment schedule is needed, please contact us.
Is food provided?
Yes, food is provided in the form of breakfast served until 8:15 a.m. For the before and after school program, an afternoon snack is available. All other meals must be packed.
The Growing and Learning Center provided a fantastic experience for our children. All of the teachers and staff became an extension of the family and provided a great environment for our kids to thrive in. They provided significant time, resources, and experiences that ensured our kids would excel in Kindergarten and beyond. Our kids made friends at Growing and Learning that they still have today, and continue to carry great memories of their time there. We would recommend the center to any family trying to find a daycare they can trust with their children.
The Growing and Learning Center does their absolute best in making us feel like we are all part of a family. We know our daughter is in good hands and we cannot imagine sending our children anywhere else.
Five years ago, The Growing and Learning Center became a staple in our children's lives. Our oldest went to preschool there and now our youngest is as well. We tried another facility in between only because of availability within that facility. However, we came back to G&L and I am so happy we did. The staff treats the children as their own, with such love and dedication! Our girls LOVED (and still do) to go to "school" each day which says something for their facility. The management is always available for concerns and is willing to work with the families to give the best experience and care. I could not be more thankful for all of the staff and management at G&L for loving my children as much as I do and helping them grow into kind, responsible, intelligent girls.
The level of care provided to our son at Growing and Learning is second to none. Our son is excited daily to go to school and see his G&L Friends. As parents, it is comforting to know that our son is so well cared for during the day.
Our son has gone to Growing and Learning for 8 years, starting when he was 4 months old. Over the years he has attended the program, we have always felt he was well-cared for and provided with the proper developmental education appropriate for his age. The Growing and Learning staff has a long tenure and becomes part of your extended family. The experience over the years has been so positive for our family and we are very happy we made the choice to have our son attend Growing and Learning.
We have been fortunate to have been a part of the Growing and Learning Center family for over 15 years. Both of our boys attended the Center for daycare, preschool, and before and after school care. Finding care for your children can be a stressful and difficult task, especially in the current environment. We have always looked forward to seasonal programs such as the Easter breakfast and egg hunt, summer field trips, the fall carnival, and the Christmas program. We were also extremely happy with how well the preschool program prepared our boys for elementary school! The Lytle family has been a huge asset to both our family and the Edinboro community and has become a second family to us. We feel extremely blessed to have found the Growing and Learning Center!
When moving to Edinboro, I was hesitant to put my children in a new daycare because I was so comfortable with my previous daycare as a single parent. The moment I walked into the door, I could not have felt more loved. My children talk about their teachers like they are aunts and uncles. They are so excited to go to "school" every day. Even with the pandemic, I have never felt more relaxed and assured that my children are in the best hands possible in Edinboro. I truly cannot imagine having my children go anywhere else for care while I work. I am so thankful for our second family at G&L.
The Growing & Learning Center is a great asset to my daughter and me. As a single parent and business owner, I need to have my daughter cared for during the day. The team at G&L is adaptable to my changing schedule, and that is hard to find. I know that when my little one is there she is being guided and taught by state-certified staff. The management and teachers are courteous and genuinely care about my daughter. That is priceless!
My wife and I moved here two years ago with our two little boys Lincoln (4) and Knox (2). The move and transition were not easy at first, to say the least. One thing that did help was knowing our children were a part of the Growing and Learning family. I am very grateful for the staff and leadership at G&L, especially through these tough times in 2020. I highly recommend Growing & Learning and I am very appreciative of everything they have done for my family.
My son has been going to G & L since he was 1. I was very anxious as a first-time mom and after trying other daycares, was thrilled to know Growing and Learning existed right here in Edinboro. There is a warmth and attentiveness at Growing and Learning like no other. My now three-year-old comes home with new songs, vocabulary, and confidence in skills he has built there. We are so grateful for this place the Lytles have created and continue to preserve.
